Expanding our circle of compassion

…was Einstein right?

Albert Einstein, one of the greatest thinkers to have ever existed in human form, clearly stated the need for the essence of what Life Expansion Technique represents via this famous and poignant quote…

“A human being is a part of the whole, called by us “Universe,” a part limited in time and space.  He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.  This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.  Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.  Nobody is able to achieve this completely, but the striving for such achievement is in itself a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security.”

Albert Einstein (1879 – 1955)

Please watch this video below as I found it very interesting and expansive – this video explains what Einstein’s quote really equates to in today’s world. We can create change and expand our realities by facing many truths we have for so long avoided or argued against. So the question is… do we continue to care only for selected individuals, races, species and cultures, or do we learn how to care and feel for all that we experience in this life….which way do you think will bring more peace to your inner being and the planet as a whole?
