This Emotional Life

I just watched the documentary, This Emotional Life, exploring the roller coaster ride of human emotions. It explored fear, relationships, rage, love, phobias, anxiety and depression(amongst other things) in an attempt to create a greater understanding of our existence. I found it quite interesting and it presented a good unbiased look at us humans.

Watching this doco could be useful to expand ones awareness of just how lost and confused people are in general and that anxiety and depression are in fact very common. The human condition is built to keep us in a somewhat dissatisfied state whilst always chasing the false lure of eternal happiness hence the need to understand why this is the case. This doco does not really find any great answers to what they presented, other than suggesting Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and prescribed medication, but it does lay a good foundation for exploring – my suggestion is to watch it with L.E.T. and info from my book The Insanity of Humanity in mind.

Author, speaker, radio announcer and professional counselor sharing all he knows to help make this a world a dynamic reality that we can all share and unite in - free of all the psychological disturbances that are consuming human existence.
