Awareness can be felt

It is important to learn on the journey of awareness just how awareness works.

Awareness starts with the understanding of something previously misunderstood. Once understood the key is to not do anything with this new awareness. Many people make the mistake at this point, to try and see where this fits into their existing reality, and hence they slip into a problem solving mode.  And if this new understanding is in conflict with exiting beliefs, then the awareness will be lost. Now the person moves further from the truth and are unaware that this has happened.

Awareness is enough – just let it in as it will cleanse the mind without any assistance or any more analysis. The results can be inspiring and amazing. So feel it but don’t problem solve it.
